For over a hundred years, Acquedotto Pugliese has been bringing water to the homes of Apulians. The company, controlled by the Puglia Region, manages a water network of over 20,000 kilometers and a user base of over four million people. Today it is engaged in a major modernization and enhancement project.
The renewal process of Acquedotto Pugliese also concerns its digital network, with the creation of a new portal. As managers of quality assurance, we have worked to guarantee the technical and operational quality of the entire process.
With our technical, managerial and strategic planning skills, we have coordinated the activities, verified the achievement of objectives, measured the performance and tested the systems. The goal is total quality, to offer users a modern, efficient and engaging experience.
For Acquedotto Pugliese we also took care of system integration within the CRM project. With our work, we connected the customer experience department to the commercial one, improving communication, collaboration and information sharing.
