We accompanied CityModa to achieve a new goal: digital transformation. Thanks to a strategic path, we have created a technological architecture capable of coordinating the action of CRM, e-commerce and marketing automation tools.This way, the company can develop personalised communication and marketing activities for physical and digital customers, in a total omni-channel logic.
The next step was the work on data intelligence, i.e. the collection and analysis of data, to better understand customer behaviour and forecast market trends.
