  • Mucci is Made in Italy food excellence. With over 120 years of history, the artisan factory produces about 300 types of confetti sold worldwide. Thanks to its age-old recipe and the experience of the master confectioners, Mucci has received the title of best Italian confectionery from Gambero Rosso.

    How to reconcile Mucci’s history with the opportunities of the digital age? With a strategy that focuses on the customer. To do this, we designed the company’s e-commerce and institutional website with this in mind.
    Design, content, development, digital advertising and marketing automation. E-commerce, based on the Shopify platform, is a concentration of know-how and technologies. The goal is to offer personalised user experiences and simple management and faster scalability for the company.
    The result? A site with over 300 products able to achieve the most desired goal: non-seasonal sales. One of Mucci’s problems was, in fact, the concentration of purchases in two periods: Carnival and the so-called “wedding season”.

    The site, thus organised, also allowed the company to deal with the pandemic by talking directly with end consumers. In two years, digital sales have reached a quarter of total turnover.
    To engage customers, we created a marketing automation strategy. An example? Customised conversion paths tied to the purchase of a sample kit. After the purchase, the customer receives a call from a sales representative to finalise the sale.
