Sidea Group in the Best Workplaces™ For Women 2022 ranking

A few months after joining the Italian Best Workplaces™, or the best Italian companies in which to work in the opinion of employees, here is another important result: Sidea Group has also entered the Best Workplaces™ for Women 2022, the best Italian companies evaluated based on the direct experience of the women who work there.

The survey examined the organisational climate of more than 200 companies throughout the country, involving more than 19,000 employees through a survey of their work experience. The Trust Index© questionnaire ranking is based on 5 different dimensions of corporate living: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, cohesion. The answers thus revealed the Best Workplaces for Women 2022, or those in which the female population declares themselves particularly satisfied with their working life.

In particular, factors such as the presence of women in the company and in management, equal opportunities for salaries and promotions, gender impartiality, and others were considered for this survey. This new milestone rewards Sidea Group’s continued commitment to people and drives us to do more and more to make our work environment even better.
